I’m PJ Ann Aguilar, business coach, speaker and dreamer behind Women in Wellbeing.
I know what it’s like to be a one-woman show.
I started my first business years ago, yet at times, I still
find myself feeling overwhelmed about marketing, drowning in admin work and worrying about cashflow.
Thankfully, along the way, I met other women who’ve inspired, mentored and supported me. I learnt to take their advice, to believe in myself, persist in hard work and know that I’m not alone.
And neither are you.
I invite you to connect with other women with a passion for health, healing and happiness. I’ve seen the magic that happens when women lean on each other and bring the best out of each other.
Yet I understand the difficulties of juggling the pressures of family life, the demands of day jobs and never having enough hours in the day.
It’s time to give yourself permission.
You can now stop feeling guilty for wanting more.
It’s time to embrace your love of wellness and your desire to share your natural talents with others. You need to be the positive influence for those around you. My vision is for you to become the best version of yourself.
I want you to be inspired.
Because life is hard. The world has become very busy. Stress is everywhere.
We need to come together and create change. It is up to us to create communities where wellbeing is a priority. It is our purpose to empower people to become more resilient, increase their self-confidence and learn to be more loving towards themselves and others.
Will you come on the journey?
